Each workshop is a ritual in itself, with a mix of discussion, wisdom sharing, and exercises that are vital for participants' bodies (their nervous systems, for example) to register the workshop's key themes without the mind getting in the way. 

Because they are conducted in groups, often made up of people who do not already know each other, each workshop foregrounds the importance of consensual, responsible interpersonal relations.
