Do you offer yoni healing or yoni dearmoring? The short answer to this question is 'yes.' The long answer is that what I actually offer is Sacred Spot sessions, which may result in yoni healing or dearmoring, but may result in a number of other healing outcomes instead. The Sacred Spot is not necessarily internal. Your edge may be simply holding hands and breathing, for example. The reason that I do not call what I offer yoni healing or dearmouring is that often people can arrive so eager to heal, or to 'fix' themselves, that they push themselves beyond what their body feels comfortable and safe to consent to. If you have heard about yoni dearmoring, or have experienced it before, and would like to book a session like that with me, please consider a "Touch" session.

What is Tantra?Tantra is a very old spiritual practice that originated in what is now India, and was associated with Hinduism and Buddhism. It became popular in the West in the 1960s when leaders like Osho and Charles Muir translated its tenets into language and practices that Westerners could understand. In that translation, the sexually liberal aspects of Tantra were emphasised. It is common to say that Tantra is far more than free love and endless orgasms—and this must be said. But one of that reasons that Tantra was employed in this way is because we require a healthier approach to sexuality. The teachings in Tantra have a lot of wisdom to share in this regard.

What experience do you have?I have been holding private bodywork sessions in Melbourne, New York, and London since 2014. I trained in trauma-informed Tantric bodywork at Tantric Synergy in Australia, in Traditional Thai Massage at the Hadadi School in Lisbon, Portugal, and with the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) at each level they offer. I now facilitate ISTA trainings around the world. I facilitate a weekly working group focussed on cutting edge trauma information for bodyworkers and coaches.

How should I prepare for a session? It can be really helpful to give yourself time before a session to relax. Maybe don't come rushing from work, if you can avoid that. As you might before a yoga class, have a meal a bit before you come, so you have digested comfortably, and allow yourself to be hydrated. Journaling, setting an intention, or meditating can also be great ways to prepare. But if these practices are not things you find helpful, they are certainly not essential. You may like to wear something that feels good on you, but there is no dress code, and no judgment. You are welcome to ask questions via email before you arrive.
